Quality & commissioning

A bad weld is a release, not a punch list item.

Our quality leadership came up in refinery and petrochemical turnarounds, where a failed joint is an incident report. We hold data center piping to that standard.

QA / QC

Inspection and documentation

  • Visual inspection of thousands of welds, with full command of WPS, PQR, and WQR
  • Thousands of PT, MT, UT, RT, and PAUT examinations coordinated and executed
  • NDE Level II certified — MT, PT, VT, UT baseline and shear wave
  • P&ID literacy: piping and equipment broken down by operating pressure, temperature, and service condition
  • Exchangers, drums, towers, PSVs, rupture disks, control valves, block valves
  • Manufacturer detail drawings and U-1 forms for torque values, bolt grade and size, gasket selection, shell-and-tube hydrotest pressures
  • Weld maps and material traceability maintained continuously
  • Turnover packages built as the work proceeds, not assembled at the end
Cx — Testing & commissioning

Proved before it's yours

  • Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, witnessed and documented
  • High-velocity flush and cleanliness verification before equipment tie-in
  • Glycol concentration verification and lab sampling at handoff
  • TAB coordination, valve and flow verification, delta-T confirmation
  • Level 1 through 5 commissioning support and integrated systems testing
  • Load bank runs and thermal validation
  • Failure scenarios: chiller drop, pump failover, utility loss
  • As-builts, valve schedules, and O&M turnover packages
LIVE — Occupied halls

Working under load

Most of our work happens in halls already carrying load.

We plan tie-ins as MOPs, execute under concurrent maintainability rules, and keep the customer's SLA intact — hot taps, freeze plugs, temporary bypasses, and after-hours cutovers when that's what it takes.

  • MOP and SOP development, review, and owner approval before work begins
  • Isolation planning and zero-energy verification on every tie-in
  • Temporary bypass and load transfer sequences
  • Escort, access, and badging protocols coordinated with operations
  • Detection and suppression bypass coordination with facility teams
  • Night and weekend cutover windows planned to the minute
  • Rollback plan written before the window opens
  • Post-work verification and system restoration sign-off
