Data centermechanical.
Glycol loops, chilled water, heat rejection, and containment — self-performed from the central plant to the rack face. Forty-eight years of mechanical and piping, with project controls run in house.
Four things, done in house
We don't broker the critical scope. Our own crews weld the pipe, set the equipment, build the containment, and our own people own the schedule.
Mechanical & piping
Equipment setting, ductwork, air handling, and certified welding across carbon steel, stainless, copper, and HDPE.
See the scope GLY / CHWGlycol & chilled water
Glycol loops mixed and verified, central plant, distribution, CDUs, and hot aisle containment that actually seals.
See the scope CTRLProject controls
CPM scheduling, pull planning, and BIM coordination staffed in house — not squeezed in after the shift.
How we run a job QA / QCQuality & commissioning
Weld mapping, NDE, pressure testing, Level 1 through 5 support, and turnover packages built as the work proceeds.
See our standardWhere we specialize
Hot aisle containment, glycol makeup and pressurization, and chilled water distribution — the systems we self-perform end to end.
Ceiling panels, end doors, and drop-away fire-rated assemblies set to the rack grid and sealed at every penetration.
Makeup and pressurization package with inhibitor charge, sampled and lab-verified before turnover.
Large-bore distribution and valve tree, welded, mapped, and hydro-tested ahead of tie-in.
Working under load
Most of our work happens in halls already carrying load.
We plan tie-ins as MOPs, execute under concurrent maintainability rules, and keep the customer's SLA intact — hot taps, freeze plugs, temporary bypasses, and after-hours cutovers when that's what it takes.
